She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in April, 1999 (was 12 years old at time of diagnosis). She underwent chemotherapy. The cancer came back to her lungs 2 years later. My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer 5 years ago, he had his prostate removed and last year was told that cancer was back. The only hope our doctors gave us was dismal.
